We are pleased to announce the 20th EATEL Summer School on Technology Enhanced Learning (JTELSS) to be held in Sunny Beach, Burgas, Bulgaria on 16-24 May, 2026. The event is organized by the European Association of Technology Enhanced Learning and the Burgas State University Prof. Assen Zlatarov.
The 2026 edition will be held in Sunny Beach on the Black Sea coast, 35 km north of Burgas in Bulgaria. Sunny Beach is the largest tourist and vacation spot in Bulgaria. The resort features an 8 km stretch of fine golden sand with infrastructure for sunbathing and water sports. The area is also within a walking distance from the picturesque ancient town of Nessebar, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The venue for the event is the prestigious a 5-star hotel Helena Park. The hotel complex is situated right on the beach. It offers international cuisine, including a wide range of fresh salads and fruits. The hotel has several swimming pools, a SPA, and sport facilities. The hotel has high-standard accommodation and an equipped conference facilities. The summer school venue is located 30 km from Burgas Airport (BOJ) and 100 km from Varna Airport (VAR). Public transport connects the venue to both airports.
