We are pleased to announce the 19th EATEL Summer School on Technology Enhanced Learning (JTELSS) to be held in Rethymno, Crete, Greece on 10-18 May 2025. The event is organized by the European Association of Technology Enhanced Learning.
The 2025 edition will be held in Rethymno, north coast of the Greek island of Crete. Rethymno combines the conveniences of a large city with the beauty of an old town. Rethymno was originally built during the Minoan civilization, and today it is one of the most well-preserved Venetian old towns on the island of Crete. In the old town, the Venetian harbor is filled with fishing boats and lined with tavernas. The Rethymno region is home to over 40 beaches!
The venue for the event is the prestigious Aquila Rithymna Beach a 5-star hotel right next to Rethymno. The hotel is situated on a 500m-long Blue Flag sandy beach. The hotel has several swimming pools, a SPA, and sport facilities. The hotel has high-standard accommodation and an equipped conference center. The summer school venue is located 73 km from Chania International Airport and 75km from Heraklion International Airport.
