Session Description

Literature reviews are an essential part of PhD project and the dissertation. Often, due to the lack of knowledge about appropriate methods, the application and outcomes of reviews lack desired quality or structure, resulting in desk or reviewers’ rejection recommendation. The workshop will include examples from workshop facilitators’ experience in publishing literature reviews at various EdTech journals and conferences – emphasizing methods, motivation, contribution, and venue. The Generative tools developed for accessing bibliographic libraries can support improving the quality and efficiency of academic writing.
The first 90-min workshop is required for the methods, tools, and structure of a systematic review manuscript. The second 90-min workshop is required for exploring and evaluating some of the tools integrated and adopted by the Danish university libraries.
