Interdisciplinary TEL design and development: Experiences from the INTERACT-EUROPE project

Session Description
We want to share our experiences with two big EU Projects (INTERACT EUROPE & INTERACT-EUROPE 100) at this workshop. The 1st project aimed to develop TEL scenarios for an inter-specialty training programme for European cancer healthcare professionals, and the 2nd project focuses on the development of digital materials, an online learning platform, and its implementation. This workshop will offer PhD candidates valuable insights into the practical aspects of TEL and our applied combined research methodology. Our three-step requirements design process in the 1st project (systematic literature review, instructional complexity analysis, stakeholder analysis) can benefit PhD projects involving TEL scenario development or instructional design. Navigating many challenges such as conflicts, misconceptions, miscommunication, time & project management issues, we developed digital materials and an online learning environment in the 2nd project.
