ECTEL 2022: Registration

Online Registration information (Until 10th September)

In order to offer the opportunity to those who live far away and cannot travel, the EC-TEL 2022 conference will offer the Keynotes and paper sessions online. Please note that this is only a registration for participants, as authors must register in person. Registrants will receive a zoom link to the various sessions the day before the conference.

Face-to-face Registration information (Until Last Minute)

Author registration

• Beware that each registered participant can maximally present two research/poster/demo papers (workshops or workshops papers are not included in this count).
• There are three types of registration rates: EATEL Rate, Non-EATEL Rate and Student

Early Bird Date

• 5th August 2022: The early bird registration will close on this day.

Cancellation

• See Conditions for cancellations at the bottom of the page. Please note that no reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after the 12^th August 2022.

EATEL Rate 

• Please only use the EATEL member rate if you are either already an active member (membership fees payed) or you belong to an institution which has an institutional membership.

Non-EATEL Rate

• Each registered participant will receive a one-year individual membership with EATEL

Student Rate 

• To use the student rate, you need to be able to prove your status as a PhD student (for example via a letter by your supervisor/institution).
• Beware that each registered participant can maximally present two research/poster/demo papers (workshops or workshops papers are not included in this count).

World Bank Rate & Ukrainian Participants Rate

• The WorldBank rate is reserved for participants from low income or lower middle income countries according to the current classification of the World Bank  or Ukraine.
• The European Association of Technology-Enhanced Learning (EATEL e.V.) will sponsor a number of scholarships for participants who cannot afford the WorldBank or Ukrainian Participants rate.
• To register with this rate, you need to have a special code which you can get from contacting the local organisation <ectel2022@toulouse-inp.fr>

Registration Fees

The Conference fees include

• Attendance to the main conference sessions from 14th to 16th September 2022
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
• Lunch break 14th and 15th September 2022
• Cocktail Party on Tuesday 13^th September 2022
• Visit of Toulouse on Thursday 15^th September 2022
• Gala Diner on Thursday 15^th September 2022
• A one-year membership to EATEL (European Association of Technology Enhanced Learning)

Conditions for cancellation

Cancellations must be made by writing to ectel2022@toulouse-inp.fr
The registration of participation is binding.

• For any cancellation received before the 12^th August 2022, registration fees will be reimbursed less 50 € for handling fees.
  No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after the 12^th August 2022.
• All registration made via purchase order are subject to these conditions for cancellation. As a result, all booking made by purchase order and cancelled after the 12^th August 2022 must be paid in full.
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
