Registration Fees

The full-conference fees includes:

• Access to the full Conference (4-8 September)
• Welcome reception on Tuesday, September 5th
• Coffee breaks (except Friday afternoon) and lunches (except Friday)
• Social program on Thursday, September 7th
• Gala Dinner on Thursday, September 7th
• A one-year EATEL Individual membership fee (60€) or EATEL Student membership fee (30€)

The pre-conference fee includes:

• Access to the full Workshops and Doctoral Symposium (4-5 September)
• Welcome reception on Tuesday, September 5th
• Coffee breaks and lunches on 4th and 5th of September

The registration fee of accompanying persons includes:

• Welcome reception on Tuesday, September 5th
• Social program on Thursday, September 7th
• Gala Dinner on Thursday, September 7th

Pre-conference package (2 days) – 300€
Complete package (5 days) Early bird – 600€
Complete package (5 days) – 650€
Complete package (5 days) Early bird – Student – 480€
Complete package (5 days) – Student – 530€
Late face-to-face registration (5 days) – 750€

EATEL Discounts:
EATEL Individual membership fee discount (60€)
EATEL Student membership fee discount (30€)

• Please only use the EATEL member rate if you are either already an active member (membership fees payed) or you belong to an institution which has an institutional membership.
• All current EATEL members have received a reduction code via email that has to be provided in the registration form. If you are member of an organisation with an institutional membership. You will receive the code from your organization’s representative at EATEL.

Early Bird Date: 26th July 2023

• The early bird registration will close on this day.

Student Rate

• To use the student rate, you need to be able to prove your status as a PhD student (for example via a letter by your supervisor/institution).
• Beware that each registered participant can maximally present two research/poster/demo papers (workshops or workshops papers are not included in this count).

Accompanying person

• The registration fee for accompanying persons is 150€.

Important note for authors

• All papers need at least one of the authors to register, and one registration allows a maximum of two papers to be included in the proceedings.

Please, note that if you have a registration discount code (for example, EATEL members) you should indicate it during the registration process.

Registration will be definitive only after the reception of the payment.

Cancellations must be made by writing to  Vírginia Lopes: virginiablopes@ua.pt
The registration of participation is binding.

• For any cancellation received before the 12^th August 2023, registration fees will be reimbursed less 50 € for handling fees.
  No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received after the 12^th August 2023.
• All registration made via purchase order are subject to these conditions for cancellation. As a result, all booking made by purchase order and cancelled after the 12^th August 2023 must be paid in full.
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.

To guarantee your registration, we kindly request you to make full payment of the amount immediately. All bank charges arising from transfers are to be paid by the participant.
