Registration types for local participants

At JTELSS22, we have multiple registration types. Every registration type has a description and a price breakdown, and our local participants can choose any type.

At the same type, we designed two registrations types, specifically for local participants:

  • Local participant package
  • Local participant without overnight

Local participant package

The local participant package is designed for participants who would like to attend the summer school from Monday morning to Friday evening, staying only four night in the hotel. Please, note that by default this package does not include the Wednesday excursion. It can be purchased separately.

The package cost breakdown is presented below:

  • Accommodation for 4 nights in a double room (single occupancy) with half-board meals = 320€
  • Four extra meals = 68€
  • Printed materials = 20€
  • Conference rooms = 20€
  • Coffee breaks = 60€
  • Transaction fees = 12€

If you select this registration type, you can also bring a guest with you (who will share the same double room with you in the hotel).

The package cost breakdown is presented below:

  • Accommodation for 4 nights in a double room (double occupancy – second person in the same room) with half-board meals = 136€
  • Four extra meals = 68€
  • Transaction fees = 6€

Local participant without overnight

The local participant without overnight registration type is designed for participants who would like to attend the summer school for any number of days, without staying overnight in the hotel.

Please, note that if you select this registration type, please, add extra lunches for the number of days you would like to participate. Extra lunches (17€ each) can be purchased at the end of the registration process. This registration type does not include the Wednesday excursion (45€). It can be purchased separately.
