Registration

The Complete Package  includes:

• Access to the conference during all days (15-19 September), including all workshops, doctoral consortium and main conference sessions 
• All coffee breaks and lunches throughout the conference (15-19 September)
• Welcome reception plus a walking tour of Newcastle or St. James Stadium and football playing or watching on Tuesday, September 16th, in Newcastle 
• A selection between a wine and non-alcoholic drinks and acoustic music in Durham or Angel of the North, beach and pub tour in Newcastle on Wednesday, September 17th
• Gala Dinner with Ceilidh band and dancing at Hatfield College Durham on Thursday, September 18th
• A one-year EATEL Individual membership fee (60€) or EATEL Student membership fee (30€)
• Free access to digital conference proceedings granted by Springer for four weeks through the ECTEL website

The Pre-conference Package includes:

• Access to the Workshops and Doctoral Symposium (15 and 16 September) in Newcastle
• Coffee breaks and lunches on 15th and 16th of September
• Welcome reception plus a selection between a sports or social event on Tuesday, September 16th, in Newcastle

The registration fee of accompanying persons includes:

• Welcome reception plus a selection between a sports or social event on Tuesday, September 16th, in Newcastle 
• A selection between a Durham or Newcastle social event on Wednesday, September 17th

Please note that accompanying persons are not authorised to participate in the conference.

The Gala Dinner:

The Gala Dinner at Hatfield College, taking place on Thursday, September 18th, has a limited number of spots. Once registration closes, any remaining tickets will be released on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Please only use the EATEL member rate if you are either already an active member (membership fees paid) or you belong to an institution which has an institutional membership.
• All current EATEL members have received a reduction code via email that has to be provided in the registration form. If you are a member of an organisation with an institutional membership, you will receive the code from your organisation’s representative at EATEL.
• In case you have received an individual membership from last year’s ECTEL 2024, then you need to register for ECTEL 2025 as a non-member. This will then renew your membership for another year.

Student Rate

• To use the student rate, you need to be able to prove your status as an Undergraduate, Master or PhD student (for example via a letter by your supervisor/institution).

Important notes for authors

• All papers to appear in the proceedings need at least one of the authors to register by the camera-ready submission deadline (20th of June).
• One registration allows a maximum of two papers to be included in the proceedings (workshops or workshop papers are not included in this count). You will need to mention the EasyChair paper ID(s) of the papers you will present at the conference in the registration process.
