Current PhD Project
In this PhD project a systematic literature review (SLR) was published, entitled “Applications of learning analytics in high schools: a systematic literature review”. At first it was proposed to develop a learning analytics dashboard to support teachers in monitoring student learning, but with the results of the SLR and the need presented by the decree 11.079, from the Brazilian Ministry of Education, which establishes the National Policy for Recovery of Learning in Basic Education, the theme of this project was defined for the use of Natural Language Processing techniques in elementary school students’ essays.
