Alexander Neumann is a researcher and PhD student at the RWTH Aachen University (Germany). His research interests are mainly in the domain of social bots and how they can support learning processes, provide mentoring and aid students through their coursework. The social bots mainly use learning analytics data to create their mentoring suggestions. A special interest also lies in facilitating the creation of these bots for non-technical mentors by using model-driven methodologies.
