ECTEL 2026: Registration

Registration Details

The full-registration fees includes:

• Access to the conference during the 5 days, including all workshops, doctoral consortium and main conference sessions
• Coffee breaks and lunches
• Welcome reception
• Gala Dinner
• Social events
• Sport events
• Free access to digital conference proceedings granted by Springer for four weeks through the ECTEL website

The pre-conference fee includes:

• Access to the Workshops and Doctoral Symposium (2 days)
• Coffee breaks and lunches during the Workshops and Doctoral Symposium (2 days)
• Social and sport events during those two days

The registration fee of accompanying persons includes:

• Welcome reception
• Gala Dinner
• Social events
• Sport events

Please note that accompanying persons are not authorised to participate in the conference.

Registration Form

Please note:

• When signing up, you have to provide an e-mail address and a password of at least 10 characters. Please remember those data as you can use them to enter into the ECTEL registration page and complete your registration in case you leave it incomplete or there is an error.
• Only select “EATEL member” options if you are a member and have received an email notifying you that you qualify for a registration fee reduction. In that case, you should upload this e-mail to the section “User documents” for checking. If you are not an EATEL member but register as one, your registration will not be valid until you pay the EATEL membership fee and provide the proof of payment to cursosextension@valencia.uned.es.
• If you register as a PhD Student you need to provide evidence of being currently enrolled at a university. That information needs to be uploaded in the section “User documents” when registering. In case you cannot prove that you are a university student, your registration will not be valid until you pay for a full registration.
• ECTEL 2026 is a face-to-face conference and authors of selected papers are required to be physically present at the venue. No arrangements will be made for online presentations.
• Each registration can cover the publication of a maximum of two papers in the proceedings (full research, poster, demonstration, or industry and practitioners). There is a field in the form to include paper ID, title, and authors. If you have two papers, put the details of both in the same field, separated by a semi-colon (;). If your registration covers the publication of a paper, you should also register by June 14th (camera-ready submission deadline).
• By default, payment is to be done online during the registration process. If you need to pay by bank transfer, follow the registration process and when you get to online payment, please contact cursosextension@valencia.uned.es with a snapshot of the enrolment information page with the “ECTEL Reference” so we can check your registration and give you the instructions for the bank transfer.
• On successful registration, a confirmation e-mail will be sent through Avisos Extensión <bounce.qinnova@adm.uned.es>, currently in Spanish. For an invoice in English, fill the FORM for invoice. For further information or assistance, please contact the Conference Administration Team at cursosextension@valencia.uned.es.
• Note that early bird registration ends on July 20, 2026.

Please note that August is a holiday period and it may not be possible to solve registration problems during that month.

EATEL Discounts

EATEL Individual membership fee discount (60€)
EATEL Student membership fee discount (30€)

• EATEL discounts only apply for the complete package.
• Please only use the EATEL member rate if you are either already an active member (membership fees paid) or you belong to an institution which has an institutional membership.
• All current EATEL members will receive a reduction code via email that has to be provided in the registration form. If you are a member of an organisation with an institutional membership, you will receive the code from your organization’s representative at EATEL.
• In case you have received an individual membership from last year’s ECTEL 2025, then you need to register for ECTEL 2026 as a non-member. This will then renew your membership for another year.

Student Rate

• To use the student rate, you need to be able to prove your status as a PhD student (for example via a letter by your supervisor/institution).

Important notes for authors

• All papers need at least one of the authors to register by the camera-ready submission deadline (14th of June).
• One registration allows a maximum of two papers to be included in the proceedings (workshops or workshops papers are not included in this count). You will need to mention the EasyChair paper ID(s) of the papers you will present at the conference in the registration process.

Information about the invitation letter for a visa

An invitation letter for visa purposes can be issued upon request and after registration has been paid. For this, please fill the FORM for Visa letters with the requested data. The form will be reviewed every week and documents will be prepared and sent. Registration will be definitive only after the reception of the payment.

The registration of participation is binding.

• For any cancellation received before the 10th of September, registration fees will be reimbursed less 10% for handling fees.
  No reimbursement will be made for cancellation received on or after 10th of September.
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
