Due to limited space in our prime exhibition area, we have designed three distinct packages to suit a variety of needs and budgets. We encourage early booking to secure your preferred option.

Tier 1: Premium Exhibitor

  • Exclusive use of one 1.2m table.
  • Prime location within the exhibition space for maximum foot traffic.
  • Company logo featured prominently in the conference handbook and on the ECTEL 2025 website.

Tier 2: Standard Exhibitor

  • Shared use of one 1.2m table (alongside one other exhibitor).
  • Company logo listed in the conference handbook and on the website.

Tier 3: Poster Display

  • Dedicated A1 poster space on a display wall.
  • Company name listed in the conference handbook. (Please note: This tier does not include a table or dedicated floor space.)

 

Affordable & Accessible Pricing

We are committed to making this exhibition as accessible as possible for organisations of all sizes. Our pricing is structured solely to cover the essential costs of venue hire and material rental, ensuring participation is highly affordable.

We anticipate that packages will range from approximately £90 for a poster display to around £290 for a premium table space for the two-day event.
