Krist Shingjergji is a Ph.D. Candidate in the group Technology Enhanced Learning and Innovation at the Open University of the Netherlands. She is working on the multidisciplinary project “Sense the Classroom,” which combines educational technologies, information systems, and AI to develop a tool that recognizes non-verbal signals and gives a cue to teachers and students in an actionable way so that they can improve the learning process.
