Jakov Proroković holds a PhD in Philology (Linguistics), with doctoral research focusing on the developmental traits of grammatical constructions in children acquiring English as their first language. Currently a Senior Assistant (Postdoctoral Fellow) at the Department of Preschool and Primary Education, University of Zadar, he also serves as an Erasmus Coordinator and Junior Editor of the scientific journal Magistra Iadertina. His research interests primarily cover first and second language acquisition, as well as corpus-based approaches to language development analysis.
