Lidija Tepeš Golubić is an Associate Professor at the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences, where she has served as Vice Dean for Science, Projects and International Cooperation since 2021. She has been elected Dean and will take office on 1 October 2026. She holds a PhD in Information and Communication Sciences from the University of Zagreb and is also affiliated with the University North.
She is a member of the Academic Council of the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences and the Council of the Postgraduate Doctoral Programme in Media and Communication at the University North. By decision of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Croatia, she serves as a member of the Governing Council of the Karlovac University of Applied Sciences. She is also a member of the Editorial Board of Polytechnic & Design, a journal published by the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences.
She actively participates in national and international research and development projects. She has authored and co-authored scientific and professional publications and regularly participates in conferences and professional events. Her academic and professional expertise encompasses teaching, digital technologies and organisational management, with a particular focus on the application of emerging technologies in education, project management, and effective collaboration.
